Additional Behind the Scenes Information:
-Admission to the zoo is separate and required.
-The behind-the-scenes tour fee is non-refundable, however, the tour will be rescheduled when possible if necessary.
-Animal presentations and behind-the-scenes areas are subject to change based on the health, behavior, and welfare of the animals.
-Check-in is located at Carousel Ticket Booth. All parties must arrive minimum 15 minutes prior to your behind the scenes experience.
